FOUNDERS CLUB MEMBERSHIP
The Founders Club is $24.99 per month as a recurring membership. Benefits begin only after payment and membership status are verified. Signing into an account or submitting a receipt does not activate benefits by itself.
Cancel before the next billing date to prevent the next recurring charge. Cancellation does not automatically refund an earlier charge or reverse benefits already used. Contact Iron Ghost promptly about duplicate, mistaken, or disputed charges.
- Membership discounts cannot be combined or stacked with other discounts, package savings, promotions, or credits unless Iron Ghost approves it in writing.
- Materials, sales tax, disposal fees, permits, subcontractor charges, specialty rentals, shipping, and payment-processing fees are not discounted.
- Custom, starting-at, measured, installation, and estimate-only projects remain subject to a written estimate and any required deposit.
- Monthly discounts and unused benefits do not roll over, transfer, or have cash value.
- Benefits apply only while the membership is active and payments are current.
- Annual benefits are limited to one use per active membership year and must be scheduled in advance.
- Priority scheduling is subject to availability and does not guarantee same-day or emergency service.
- Inspection benefits are visual checks only and do not replace licensed, certified, mechanical, structural, pest-control, or code inspections.
- Iron Ghost may exclude regulated, subcontracted, hazardous, specially licensed, or unusually high-cost work from membership discounts.
MEMBER PRICING
Eligible labor may receive 10% off up to $100 per month. Eligible Standard catalog products may receive 5% off up to $150 per order. Premium products, packages, custom work, and public promotions are not automatically discounted.
Public Square Buy Now links charge the displayed public price. Active members can request an order review from the cart so eligibility and the correct member total can be confirmed before payment. Discounts are not applied retroactively unless Iron Ghost approves the correction in writing.
FIXED-PRICE PRODUCTS
Standard catalog products are paid in full through the Square checkout assigned to the exact confirmed item or option. Configured smokers and ovens use a 50% deposit, 25% progress payment, and 25% final payment after written approval. Sales tax and any separately approved delivery, installation, shipping, or customization charge are additional unless the checkout or written order says otherwise.
Check the Square item name and total before paying. If a payment appears incomplete or duplicated, check the Square receipt and contact Iron Ghost before paying again.
CUSTOM WORK & DEPOSITS
Custom, starting-at, measured, per-foot, installation, trailer, gate, railing, repair, and estimate-only work requires a written scope and approved estimate before payment. Any required deposit is due only after approval.
Committed materials, ordered components, and completed labor may be nonrefundable after work begins. Changes may alter price and timing and require written approval. The remaining balance is due before pickup, delivery, or installation unless the written order states otherwise.
PICKUP, DELIVERY & INSTALLATION
Local pickup is arranged directly. Delivery, travel, site work, permits, removal, installation, and hookup are included only when stated in the written order. Customers must provide safe access and disclose site conditions that affect delivery or installation.
RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS & CORRECTIONS
Contact Iron Ghost immediately if the Square receipt, item, options, or customer information is incorrect. Built-to-order and customized products may not be returnable after materials are committed or fabrication begins. Any approved correction, cancellation, or refund follows the written order and the payment processor’s completed transaction record.
PROJECT REQUESTS & PRIVACY
Estimate forms store your contact details, ZIP code, requested date, project details, and optional project photographs privately for Iron Ghost to review. Do not upload identity documents, payment details, or unrelated personal information. Photo access is restricted to the owner. Your private status link reveals the project title and customer updates to anyone with that link; keep it private. Contact Iron Ghost to request correction or deletion, subject to necessary order and legal records.
Sending a request does not reserve a date, approve a quote, or charge a payment. Status updates are entered by Iron Ghost and are not automatic payment confirmations. Free member delivery eligibility must be confirmed for your ZIP code in writing before enrollment; no fixed delivery radius is currently published.
WEBSITE TRAFFIC
We use random browser and visit identifiers to estimate visitors and record public page views, referring website hostnames, and dates. These analytics records do not contain your name, email, payment information, full referring URLs, or IP address. Your browser stores the random identifiers locally. Tracking respects Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control settings and skips private account pages. Clearing browser storage resets the identifier. Traffic reports are restricted to the owner.
ACCOUNT & PRIVACY
Member accounts may store the signed-in account identifier and email, optional phone number, membership status, receipt reference, saved products, benefit usage, and linked order or service history. This information is used to verify membership, provide benefits, support orders, and communicate about requested work.
Payment-card information is handled by Square, not stored on this website. Account information is not sold. It may be shared with service providers only as needed to operate the site, process payments, fulfill orders, or comply with law. Contact Iron Ghost to request a correction or deletion, subject to records that must be retained for payment, tax, dispute, warranty, or legal purposes.
