HOW THE ORDER WORKS
CUSTOM / STARTING-AT WORK
- Choose the item and options you want.
- Confirm the written scope, price, timing, and fulfillment details.
- Approve the custom estimate; any deposit is due only after approval.
- Iron Ghost builds it and arranges the agreed pickup, delivery, or installation.
MATERIALS & BUILD
Welded-steel construction. Steel thickness, component details, and any non-steel materials are confirmed in the approved order where they affect the build.
SIZE & FIT
Final measurements and fit are confirmed in the written order before fabrication.
FINISH & OPTIONS
Choose the finish and any listed add-ons before ordering. Custom colors, sizing, and decorative details require a quote. Only the options on your approved order are included.
PICKUP, DELIVERY & INSTALLATION
Local pickup is arranged directly. Delivery, installation, site work, and travel are included only when they appear as separate approved charges in the order or estimate.
BUILD TIME & CARE
Build timing is confirmed before payment; a requested date is not a promised completion date. Keep the finish clean and dry, inspect outdoor coatings periodically, and request product-specific care instructions with your order.
